Linocut (1930). Printed from three blocks using Chinese Orange; Viridian; Dark Blue. Original size: 21.3 x 29.7cm. Andrews often chose, as in this print, a composition with one main focal point, and she as often makes manual labour her subject of focus. The men are abstracted into iron-like forms, and by so portraying them they become not so much operators, as integral parts of the mechanism. Size: 25.3 x 35.3; paper 42.0 x 59.5cm Format: Giclée Print, Limited Edition (1/850) on 310gsm thick, 100% cotton rag. FRAMING SERVICE All prints are available for our framing service. Each frame is individually made to complement your print perfectly. Please see our framing page for frame choices and more information. © Sybil Andrews
We strongly recommend selecting the mounting option when framing this image. This ensures the entire print remains intact—preserving the limited edition number and avoiding the need for any trimming.
