Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for all deliveries as without a signature, we will instruct goods not be left for security reasons. Delivery agents will typically make at least 2 attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to the sender. In the event that the delivery agent is unable to locate the delivery address or obtain a signature resulting in the goods being returned to us, we will contact you to arrange payment of further delivery charges.
International delivery and UK Islands Services information
Some international shipping orders may incur an extra charge (for example Australia) on framed items. We will contact you first about this by email before accepting your order. or please call for a quote.
Prints
All prints are rolled and packed securely in a tube, if print is mounted then they are flat packed. Your item is then posted within 2 working days of receiving your order by Hermes.
Framed items
All our framed prints include postage and are delivered using a Courier service so that your picture reaches you in perfect condition. We aim to complete framed items to your specifications within 7 working days then dispatch using next day courier.
PayPal issues
If we are sending a print from one country to another and PayPal has trouble processing your payment (which they occasionally do, for fraud protection reasons) don’t panic!
We’ll take all the details of your order by phone or email
Then we’ll send you a PayPal request for the payment – an invoice you can pay by PayPal account or credit/debit card
Returns
It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods. We will reimburse you by the same method with which you paid. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods and goods must reach us in good condition. We recommend a signed for service to return all items.please note that frames custom-made for you are not eligible for return under the distance selling rules ,but we will always do our best to help .
